VerdictOverall if you like romantic movies and if you are a 90’s kid do not miss this movie at any cost, it is completely worth your time and money, it is a visual treat! My Rating is 4. Shanmuga Sundaram is on par with Hollywood standards , amazing cinematography, each and every frame looks so magical and real and it helps us to feel as if ,we are also present in that particular place, so authentic and real is the efforts of the Cinematographer.Govind Menon has composed music for this movie, the background score is mind-blowing and songs helps to move the story forward and is used effectively as montages in the movie.Vijay Sethupathi needs to be cherished and valued , he is a boon to Tamil cinema, any kind of getup suits him so well , he has performed the role of Ramachandra effortlessly in this movie, he looks so convincing in this role and many of us would easily relate it to ourselves or to someone whom we knew in school/college.Trisha is acting in a proper meaty role after a long time, she yet again proves that she is an amazing actor and this is easily her best performance till date, her chemistry with Vijay Sethupathi is just mesmerizing.The flashback portion which depicts the school life of Vijay Sethupathi and Trisha is amazingly created, if you are a 90’s kid, you would easily relate to school life portion, it will create a nostalgic moment for you and time travel you to your school time and it will definitely remind you of your first love.Aadithya Baaskar who has acted as the younger version of Vijay Sethupathi has done a fabulous job, he looks so realistic like Vijay Sethupathi in younger version.Gouri G Kishan who has acted as the younger version of Trisha, looks cute and has performed her role amazingly, her chemistry with Aadithya Baaskar is spellbound.Devadarshini has a interesting role in this movie and she has performed her role excellently. Screenplay moves so swiftly without any speed-breakers, there is not even a single unwanted scene in this movie. Dialogues is written so well, it helps in moving the story ahead.Cinematography by N.
